To support AHD Trading’s expansion from food service into consumer retail, this project focused on repositioning a popular Japanese snack—Karaage Chicken—for the CPG market. The objective was to elevate shelf appeal and modernize the brand while maintaining authenticity within the Asian food category. Through a collaborative branding partnership with Peter Zhang, the polybag packaging was designed to balance bold visual impact with clear product cues, helping translate a food-service favorite into a consumer-ready retail offering.
