HSBC Newcomers Acquisition Campaign
To support customer acquisition among Asian immigrants new to the country, HSBC’s Bank With Us campaign was designed to build cultural relevance and emotional connection from first touch. The objective was to resonate with the Chinese community by reflecting deeply rooted values around family and food as symbols of care, stability, and belonging. Through a cohesive set of window posters, pull-up banners, print, and digital ads, the campaign translated these cultural insights into approachable, welcoming visuals that positioned HSBC as a trusted financial partner from day one.
